No matter how much time has passed, if you encounter any defects in workmanship, contact us via email (support@oldsaltartisangoods.com), and we will repair or replace any part or product found to be defective.
This warranty does not include charges connected with shipping, freight, customs, or duties.
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges, for any reason, on items in new condition within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please email us within that timeframe to initiate a return or exchange. We do not refund shipping fees, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Unfortunately, custom products are ineligible for returns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but as these items are uniquely crafted for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
